Mission Statement

Uplands Reach Conference Center hosts year-round retreats and conferences in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina for junior, tweens, teens, singles, families, college age, summer interns, and married couples, using the life-changing power of the Word of God to impact lives.

A rock solid commitment to biblical truth and morality has laid the foundation for this ministry. The combination of the peaceful mountains, exciting Truth of the Word of God, and the opportunity to make new friends is making many young people World Changers! Our 107-acre campus is used to encourage spiritual growth and share the excitement of God's Word. Uplands is impacting the world.

Our mission is to lead people to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We seek to know Him and make Him known. Our purpose is to encourage people in spiritual maturity and service for Jesus Christ in their local church and the world. We accomplish this ministry through the following process:

Providing relevant Bible teaching from the Word of God.
Honoring God through excellence in integrity, lifestyle, and ministry.
Involving people personally and financially in God's work of reaching this generation for Christ.
Reaching this world, one person at a time, through the life-changing power of the gospel.
